The bill (Reg. No6669) introduces amendments to the effective Law that enhance legal regulation of activity of bodies in charge of the Register, define the procedure of its formation and regulate compilation of the voters´ register before the Register becomes valid.
In particular, pursuant to the bill (state register of voters is automatic information telecommunication system for the keeping, data processing that contains amendments envisaged by this Law and their use, formed for the provision of the state register of citizens of Ukraine that have the voting rights pursuant tot he clause 70 f the Constitution of Ukraine. )
